The Manhattan skyline is easily seen from the other four boroughs: Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. It is also seen easily from New Jesey across the Hudson River.![]() ![]() Obviously taken from a helicopter. Yep, in The Big Apple many of us do live in the sky. Way down there it is easy to tell who the tourists are; they are the ones carrying maps and cameras. Here you see the Hudson River on the left with George Washington Bridge in the background (connects New Jersey with Manhattan). What I like about the picture is that from this height you can actually see the curvature of the Earth. ![]() Remember when some of the views of the skyline looked like this? I'm sure the center picture was taken from the New Jersey side of the Hudson River (from the way the Towers are lined up and from the location of that beautiful moon; la bella luna). ![]() Well, you get an idea why we have so many tourists from all over the world visiting New York City.
