Mechanics all look around at each other and another customer asks, "What is a seven-hundred-ten?" She replies, "You know, the little piece in the middle of the engine, I have lost it and need a new one." She says that she did not know what it was but this piece has always been there.
So the manager, trying to assist her in describing the problem, gives her a piece of paper and a pen and asks her to draw what the piece looked like. She draws a circle and in the middle of it writes 710. He then takes her over to another car which has its hood up and asks "Do you see a 710 on this car?" "Oh yes" she says and pointing under the car's hood, she says ... "Right there" ... take a look.
